Shipping policy

Shipping:
All orders are created after order submission. Due to the time needed to complete the custom designs, please allow up to 14 to 21 business days for order processing. If items are needed sooner, please email us at tootiebluesllc@gmail.com to confirm that we are able to complete your order based on your timeframe.

Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out. Please ensure it is accurate.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real time during the check-out for your purchase.  Rates vary by weight, state and postal code.  The rates represented include residential charges.  No handling fees are applied.

Timing
Orders are shipped five days a week Mon-Fri. between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Just a FYI, if you choose UPS  they only deliver to street addresses. Please do not use PO boxes as this will cause delays and possibly cancellation/return of your order.  Please allow seven to fourteen business days for delivery of your order. A confirmation receipt will be provided to you so that you may track the status of your order.

Delays

Tootie Blues LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in shipping, delivery, or the quality and state of products upon delivery to the extent said delays or quality issues are proximately caused  by causes beyond Tootie Blues LLC's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, and carriers, inclement weather, acts of god, government action or strife.  If your designated delivery location is inaccessible, rendering the chosen carrier unable to make the delivery, we will contact you to determine the best alternate location and additional shipping charges may apply.  

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.  Tootie Blues LLC is NOT RESPONSIBLE for Incorrect delivery status, lost, damaged, or stolen items. If any of these circumstances occur, you are responsible for making a claim with the shipping company NOT Tootie Blues LLC. However, please remember, your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.


Sales Tax will be charged accordingly.
